Tony, I'm sorry that you had a negative experience at our dealership. May I ask when you purchased your vehicle from us and the name of the Finance Manager you dealt with? We have processes in place to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction for our clients. Obviously, there were steps that failed and has given you a negative impression of our store. I dont remember his name. He was sitting at the corner office where I had a vending coffee. He was the least of the issues. Enrique the sales person and the short height manager I forgot his name were the big scammers. Made me drive all the way to Miami with false pricing agreement and charged me over what was promised on the phone then take the charges off if I had purchased the extended service contract. This is too much scam

Thank you for the reply. She is loving it but I already have a list of things I'm going to be taking it the local Cadillac dealership to have fixed. The thing that irritated me the most is that while she was experiencing a great joy in seeing the car for the first time, I was seeing all these things that I should have been made aware of before hand. It just really sucked the joy out of the moment.
