We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Enis and Suntrup Kia. We are out of state and drove in from Kansas to work with Enis and buy our Telluride. Salesman was great but finance person was arrogant, rude and dismissive. Wouldn’t answer questions about warranty offered. Did not tell us that outside financing wasn’t allowed. We were extremely pleased with our whole experience! First time KIA buyers. There was no pressure to buy a car. Enis asked what we were interested in and he showed us the different cars/options. After test driving the Seranto and making a decision, he showed us what was available. He was very courteous and helpful. As a newer sales associate he will go far. BJ was very helpful with the financing, available rebates, etc. After 2 days of car shopping it was a breath of fresh air at the difference in experiences! The extra perks of free car washes forever is unbelievable. Hopefully we won’t need to buy another car in our lifetime but if we do, we’ll be back! More
