It was my 9th new car purchase in the US. I had the most pleasant experience ever. I came on 8/21/2022 just to have a look and maybe test drive a Forester in which endeavor I was indulged by I had the most pleasant experience ever. I came on 8/21/2022 just to have a look and maybe test drive a Forester in which endeavor I was indulged by Mauricio Salazar who spent as much time with me as I wanted even when I had told him that I was unlikely to buy the vehicle. I was offered to test drive a beautiful Forester so new that it was still covered with the factory protective plastic. The salespeople spent hours with me and explained to me many things I did not know. The salesman Art Cisnero, his boss Fernando DelCampo and Sales Manager Clint Edwards all treated me with utmost respect and even made me a generous offer on my trade-in. I felt absolutely NO pressure to buy. That Sunday I went home to think about the vehicle and verify what I had been told. My wife and I did some calculations and late in the evening I sent Clint Edwards an email that the next morning I would come to buy the Forester I had test driven and I asked him not to sell it to anybody else. Mr. Edwards answered right away in spite of the fact that it was late in the evening. I even had the most pleasant experience with the Finance Manager Luis Lagunes, who did not push me to buy some extras I did not want. The Forester delivery included demonstration of the most important features. Later Emmylea Krause made sure that I was happy with my purchase and explained to me some features of the vehicle about which I had been lazy to read in the manuals. I rate the Royal Moore Subaru with the top possible number of stars. More
