I really like this dealership and have bought cars from them in the past. Unfortunately this time we got a newbie who met us coming into the dealership. He really didn't know the different Outback models. them in the past. Unfortunately this time we got a newbie who met us coming into the dealership. He really didn't know the different Outback models. We ended up going home to research all the models ourselves. We had an appointment with him and informed him that we were coming back for a test drive of the Touring XT and to look at 2 colors of the car. Going in for the appointment, he didn't even know where the colors were located on the lot and the test drive was going to their other lot to look for the Dark Mahogany there and then drove back to the dealership. Not too impressive. The manager did find the color at the dealership and had it parked out front. Emily was just wonderful in helping me with what our new car was equipped with and getting familiar with the front panel. More
