They are efficient and courteous. I had an insurance repair job and everything went smoothly. The repair came out seemless as though nothing had been damaged. I always get good service from Daytona Toyota service department but the dealership’s selling tactics make me feel like I’m being scammed. I brought in my 2018 Land cruiser for 70k service and front brake job on Saturday. Purchased vehicle and have only had my vehicle serviced at this dealership. Left front caliper was not installed corre front brake job on Saturday. Purchased vehicle and have only had my vehicle serviced at this dealership. Left front caliper was not installed correctly requiring me to miss several business appointments Monday. I expected better service from factory trained techs. Will most likely go to outside repair shop for future repairs. More
