Recieved a text showing my cabin filter and requesting the ok to replace it. I decided against that. I opted for a filter from Amazon which was delivered the next day at a cost of 25 - 30% of the dealers the ok to replace it. I decided against that. I opted for a filter from Amazon which was delivered the next day at a cost of 25 - 30% of the dealers offering. So I change out the filter which takes me under 2 minutes, and I really couldn't believe my eyes when I see that the tech literally put the dirty filter back, leaves and all, into the truck. Now, I would have figured that they would at least give it a little shake to knock off the dust and leaves before reinstalling it. I am just shaking my head. I took pics in case anyone cares. I know, it seems like such a little thing, but the little things are what usually can reveal some insight into the things that truly matter. I really do hope that this marginalized attitude was a very isolated event. More

Findlay Toyota is the only venue I receive oil changes from for our 2004 Toyota Camry LE. My complaint is that I had to pay almost $800 to replace a stripped oil pan screw due to it being stripped. I do a from for our 2004 Toyota Camry LE. My complaint is that I had to pay almost $800 to replace a stripped oil pan screw due to it being stripped. I do appreciate very much that your management provided me a discount for the services rendered. However, it was a Finlay Toyota technician who changed the oil previously and was the last person to handle that stripped screw. I felt that Finley Toyota should have been financially responsible for that damaged oil pan screw. We have two Toyotas that we bring to Findlay for oil changes at least twice a year. We have been loyal customers. And as a loyal customer, I am not happy on how Finley Toyota handle that situation when that stripped oil pan screw was last touched by a Findlay Toyota technician. More

This is my 4th purchase with you and the first time I went home following service displeased. The Service rep worked with and checked out 2 different customers at same time. He was confused as to who was who as well as who needed a new battery and who didn't (told me my battery didn't pass BUT didn't fail). Keep in mind your dept replaced my vehicle with a new battery 4 months ago. Yes, he did apologize for his confusion, telling me "oh, your battery is fine" but never the less, I drove home with deep concern regarding whether or not my battery was indeed fine. I am considering going to a local shop just to make sure that my battery is fine. More
