Maintenance mode not reset Tire pressures not checked Ended up calling Emilio and have him check the camera if they really did tire rotation. He was really nice and did his best to help me. I’ve been with toyota for 20 years and this is the first time it happened. So I feel like something should be done so It won’t happen again. Those minor mistake can lead to big ones. But it gave me doubts! But still, good service Emilio!!! More

Emilio provided great customer service and was very helpful. I thought the service experience was great! From the moment I pulled up, I felt welcomed. The only thing I would change is the transfer over helpful. I thought the service experience was great! From the moment I pulled up, I felt welcomed. The only thing I would change is the transfer over to Emilio left me a little confused. I was shown where his desk was, but he was with someone else, so I wasn't sure where I should wait for him. I went back out to ask someone. I think that if they had shown me to the customer seating area where the TV is and shown me where to get coffee while I waited, and then Emilio came to retrieve me there, it would have been a smoother experience. Emilio was great and showed me where the restrooms were and the refreshments. I also appreciated the Uber drop off and pickup. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. More

There was a precall where everything was reviewed the day before. Upon arrival we had a ONE HOUR wait and had to go to his desk where he still was not ready for us. He had no idea what we were there for and before. Upon arrival we had a ONE HOUR wait and had to go to his desk where he still was not ready for us. He had no idea what we were there for and started to say they were going to do items completed about a month before. This is not acceptable service, I’m paying for the professionalism of the dealership. More
