I think there need to be more organization around backlog waiting on parts, problems that already have been in repair and returning for further repair (not fixed first time) and new vehicles coming in. My truck was in for almost two weeks for a sensor problem, fixed check engine goes off again. Brought truck back in, sat for 7 business days never taken into shop. Spend to much money in your shop to have faced lack of progress. Understand all the SC issues just think need to rethink the idea of leaving a car if no progress will be made! Should be able to make appointment with more confidence. Dedicated mechanics to backlog In only and new problem assessment only. More

The customer service is great. The quality is also good. But the time it takes to check in is too long and the time in the shop is also too long. I made an appointment to have my o The quality is also good. But the time it takes to check in is too long and the time in the shop is also too long. I made an appointment to have my oil changed and my tires rotated at 9 o’clock and it was 11:30 to 11:45 by the time I got out. If I was a walk in, I could understand having to wait that long. But I scheduled more than a week in advance. I had an appointment. I should not have to wait that long for just an oil change and tire rotation. And this is not a one time experience. The last two times I went in for regular maintenance which ended up being just an oil change, it took approximately the same amount of time if not longer. They consistently take way too long. If I didn’t have an extended six-year warranty with the dealership, I would be finding someplace else to go. More
