I received a recall notice in the mail. Rather than calling, I decided to drive to the dealership to schedule an apt. I met with Eli, he reviewed
I received a recall notice in the mail. Rather than calling, I decided to drive to the dealership to schedule an apt. I met with Eli, he reviewed the recall and said "we have time today to take care of the recall if you like, or we can make an apt if you do not have the time today".
Went with the same day apt, the vehicle was fixed in less time than quoted.
