Elenita was the first person who got back to me and though there were many others, her friendliness and willingness to work with me on my terms and on my schedule made it a no brainer that travelling out to Long Island was well worth the service I would receive. I had already gotten competitive financing offers from my bank that I didn’t think could get any lower but Elenita surprised me when she came back with an even lower offer along with some perks that saved me even more money. I walked into the dealership and shortly after I drove away in my first choice. Elenita was warm, the consummate professional and even took extra time to restructure my deal so that I could add on additional years of warranty coverage.
