Westboro Toyota dealership sales people were very obliging. Their showroom was very comfortable and they couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. I waited for 2 hours to have a tire leak checked, confirmed puncture and then repair. I was told repair would be $39. What I wasn’t told was that the patch would be an additional $11 and there woul confirmed puncture and then repair. I was told repair would be $39. What I wasn’t told was that the patch would be an additional $11 and there would be a miscellaneous charge of $10.99 for a total before taxes of $60.98. Final cost =$62.36! Waiting for 2 hours for this type of repair is something I never experienced and hope I never have to again! This was my first experience with Toyota Service and I’m far from impressed. At this point I would never recommend them. More

Lots of just waiting around during the sales process. Every time we asked a question the sales person went off for 10 or 15 minutes leaving us alone on the sales floor. The car, which was arrived 2 1/2 weeks later than we were told, and we were told every time we called it was coming in the next few days. When the car finally arrived on a Friday, I was asked if I could come in Saturday to pick it up, and I could not, but said I could on the following Monday. Matt, the sales manager, said he would have the car charged, gassed and cleanded up for me when I arrive on Monday when I come at 9:30. I got there at 9:45 and the car was not ready for pickup when promised. It had not been cleaned, or gassed up yet. I Had to wait over an hour for this to happen and to see it for the first time, which meant we had to just sit for that time. The fact that the car was not ready when I arrived was extremely disappointed after having to wait an extra almost 3 weeks for the car at that point and being told it would be ready when I arrived by the sales manager! More

I really liked the salesman's service, but I hated the financial service.The financial sector charged me 20.25% interest on my installments. This is ridiculous. This is not my first car.
