We have yet to receive our lease information after three weeks, but that’s not on the dealership. The only downside is with the vehicle and what we were told it had. There are several features that sold us on the vehicle and convinced us to buy the top-of-the-line model. We took their word on the features, assuming that the key features that were described to us were included with the vehicle. When we got the vehicle home and started going through it, we found it didn’t have those features and that they had been removed in previous model years. That’s partially on us; we should have verified before leasing the vehicle rather than taking the dealer’s word for it. However, when selling a $60k+ vehicle, the dealer should know what’s included and what’s not. This negatively impacted our buying experience. If you do purchase from here and are told that there are features included on your vehicle, we recommend verifying these features prior to signing any paperwork. More

So when I decided it was finally time to upgrade my car, I knew I had to see for myself what he was talking about. From the moment I arrived, the experience was outstanding. My salesman who was also Edwin M, was incredible throughout the entire process. I’ve been a Jeep Compass fan since I started driving, my first car was a 2007 Compass, and later I upgraded to a 2017, so I came in pretty set on getting another one. However, other models they had on display piqued my curiosity. Edwin took the time to show me the models, such as the Wrangler and Grand Cherokee. He thoroughly explained the features and cost breakdowns and encouraged me to test-drive each one so I could get the full experience. That decision changed everything. After test driving, I completely fell in love with the Jeep Wrangler Willy’s Edition and went home with it! At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. Edwin went over every detail, answered every question I could think of, and truly reassured me that I was making the right choice. Buying a brand-new car can be scary, but I felt supported and confident the entire time. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Chris T in the finance department for making all the paperwork and number talk smooth and stress-free. Overall, this dealership is phenomenal.
