I wanted the dealership to look into an issue with my touchscreen but was told it would be $200.00 for a diagnostic scan. I told them I had purchased a maintenance plan and they told me it was only for touchscreen but was told it would be $200.00 for a diagnostic scan. I told them I had purchased a maintenance plan and they told me it was only for drive train. I have the paperwork showing that it is the “Platinum” maintenance plan. I called the maintenance plan company who said that the screen was covered under the plan. I called the dealership And left a voicemail for the service manager who never returned my call. More

There was confusion on where to go for service and who to speak to. It would’ve been nice for someone to greet us at the car and ask what we were there for like other Toyota dealerships do. The environment w speak to. It would’ve been nice for someone to greet us at the car and ask what we were there for like other Toyota dealerships do. The environment was also not very welcoming as I’ve experienced at other Toyota dealerships. They gave my car a wash but honestly it came out looking more dirty than how it was before the wash. Only good thing I have to say about this dealership is they have one sales woman who was very friendly and welcoming as we were browsing the lot. More
