I scheduled an oil change, and, before I arrived, I was called and texted by Samuella, offering an appraisal and possible trade in of my car. I agreed, and my car was appraised. I decided to get a new car, called and texted by Samuella, offering an appraisal and possible trade in of my car. I agreed, and my car was appraised. I decided to get a new car, but decided I didn’t like the payment the offered. I said I was paying for my service and leaving. I paid 82 dollars for service and left. The sales people callled 3 times begging me to come back, and I did. I asked that the 82 dollars I paid be returned, and was told it would. Since then, I have called multiple times since ad have been told that Nicole was talking to management and would call me back, but have not been called back. This is very bad form. You guys are willing to lose a 2 time customer for 82 dollars? More
