I recently purchased a used Buick Encore from this dealership after my last car was totaled. First of all, Eddie was a great salesman - very pleasant to talk to, kind, and patient as I had lots of que dealership after my last car was totaled. First of all, Eddie was a great salesman - very pleasant to talk to, kind, and patient as I had lots of questions before hand. I took the car to a mechanic and had them look over it before buying it. After purchasing the car, something went wrong that was brought up in the pre-purchase inspection. I thought I was on my own, but Issa was quick to make it right and never made me feel bad or like I was a bother. Then proceeded to follow up. This meant a lot to me, I will forever recommend them and will be back whenever I decide to purchase my next car even though it's a drive for me. Five stars all around :) More
