My salesman, Edison, was very professional and courteous. My only issues with he buying of the vehicle is some of the charges that are listed on my sales contract form. I did speak to Eric in the finance office and he was very professional and he explained the reason for the charges, for example, Predelivery Sevice Charge. Why would I pay for a predelivery. I am at your dealer buying a car from your lot. How else can I get the car. 1,000 is a lot of money. Electronic Registration Filing Fee. 529.00 Then also a Private tag Agency Fee. 179.00 Then also a registration fee of 450.00. I know for a fact that registration for one year in New York, where the will be, with New York Plates which I am transferring the plates we already have, is no more than 149.00. I still do not agree with the above charges so I will elevate this with the Florida Tax Law which governs charges that are made by car dealers when selling cars. More

The dealership was very busy when we got there. We were welcomed in immediately. We were greeted and taken care if immediately by the manager Joe. He then introduced us to out salesman Edison. We had come in with a specific car in mind as we needed a car that would be able to be modified for our father who is paralyzed and in a wheelchair. Or be high enough to be able to lift him into the car, as well as for or Mom to get in and out of easily. Edison was patient and answering all of our questions. He helped us to get the car that was beat suited for our needs! It was an amazing experience and we will recommend him to anyone in need of a car. We were also helped with weather mats by Aisha who was very kind and helpful as well. More
