Lacking communication. Newly purchased vehicle ( less than a week) already having issues. I've been to the service department for evaluation and am still waiting for a phone call. After 2 weeks. From the beginning I was disappointed with entire process... From sales to service department. The vehicle already needs service, which I was told had already been completed prior to sale of the car. Highly disappointed. More

I absolutely love everything about this dealership, they have always been pleasant to work with. From the time my husband & I went in to buy my EV6 to the recent recalls and having to bring it in they have have always been pleasant to work with.
