My family just purchased a vehicle at Toyota Naperville and the process was absolutely smooth and comfortable! We arrived early in the morning during the sales team meeting but a worker was nice to open th and the process was absolutely smooth and comfortable! We arrived early in the morning during the sales team meeting but a worker was nice to open the door for us to sit tight or look around till the team was ready to go and we met with Mr Ahmed. He was accommodating right from the beginning, we had little children but that did not annoy Mr Meraj or the people there at Naperville, they gave them toys and crayons to play with. We were given water and coffee and the Toyota Naperville experience was overall kind and friendly. We test drove the vehicles we wanted and the one we eventually loved and bought! We came for a Sienna, but went home with a 4Runner, what an unexpected turn of event! The duration was timely and we got to interact with wonderful people like Patrycja and Eddie - who especially gave us a great deal for the vehicle's extended warranty. We will gladly recommend Toyota Naperville to anyone! More

When my car was going to be built and delivered to the dealership she kept me in the loop the whole time until it arrived. When we picked it up Ilene had all the paperwork organized and ready to go. Before we drove off Ilene gave my husband and I a quick tutorial on all the bells and whistles on my new Highlander.
