Clear, to the point, no high pressure and willing to answer any questions we had including OTD pricing. Ken let my wife and I take as much time to test drive several vehicles. Ken was able to find me the exact model at another location, with the exact exterior and interior color, and gave me a great price. It was the first time in quite some time that I didn't feel abused, ripped off, insulted, or stuck with add-ons that I didn't ask for. Ken knew the cars, was able to answer all of our questions, didn't mind we drove several models, and didn't mind that we took our time looking around the lot. We decided to narrow our choices to three, and there was no high pressure to buy the higher-priced vehicle, and Ken seemed happy to sell me any car, regardless of the MSRP. I appreciated his positive relaxed approach. This was a much better experience than I had at a different Honda dealership. Thank you Ken, Mike, and Eddie for making this a great experience. More
