Simple 10,000 mile checkup It seemed simple but communication was not good, leading to frustration. The maintenance was projected to take 1 hour. I elected not to ask for a loa It seemed simple but communication was not good, leading to frustration. The maintenance was projected to take 1 hour. I elected not to ask for a loaner and not to wait in the waiting room, and arranged for someone to pick me up. Agreed that I'd pick up at 5 PM. I received no notice that the car was ready so I called. after some delay I was told they would call back. Never received the call so we drove over to pick up the car. I was told it wasn't ready and it would be ready the NEXT DAY. Shocked because it was a 1 hr maintenance job and I had an 8:30 AM appointment, I asked why? I was told they had gotten backed up, and didn't I receive a text? We received a text with the manager's name and address and nothing else at ~5:00 PM, like that justified everything. Upset I left and was told my car would be ready by Noon. On the bright side I we received a call saying they would deliver my car to me at home before noon. This was achieved and I appreciated that I did not have to drive back to the shop. So, I would recommend the shop for maintenance, but with some resevations. Cost for a minor checkup was quite expensive as well. Len Rago More

Eddie is very good at communicating each stage of my car service. From estimated time of total service. Working with third party service contracts to make sure I get coverage that I paid for. THEY TRY TO SELL UNNECESSARY REPAIRS BROUGHT MY 2014 IN FOR A RECALL. THEY WANTED TO SELL ME A NEW BATTERY AND NEW ENGINE COVERS. THE BATTERY HAD TO BE FULLY CHARGED SINCE IT HAD BEEN O BROUGHT MY 2014 IN FOR A RECALL. THEY WANTED TO SELL ME A NEW BATTERY AND NEW ENGINE COVERS. THE BATTERY HAD TO BE FULLY CHARGED SINCE IT HAD BEEN ON A SMART TRICKLE CHARGER FOR 6 MONTHS. ENGINE COVERS USUALLY DON'T NEED TO BE REPLACED FOR 80-100,000 MILES. THIS CAR HAS 27,000 MILES AND THERE ARE NO LEAKS ON THE GARAGE FLOOR. I WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE THE CAR SERVICED AT AN INDEPENDENT GARAGE. More

The personnel in the front are always helpful, and are always willing to help even with trying to teach you how to use the radio or whatever the issue. The people in the maintenance department are top not always willing to help even with trying to teach you how to use the radio or whatever the issue.
