Want to give a huge shout-out and thank you to Ed Walton (Sales) and Nick Lee (Finance) at Royal Moore Subaru in Hillsboro, Oregon, for stellar customer service! I am a die hard Hyundai driver, and I reache (Sales) and Nick Lee (Finance) at Royal Moore Subaru in Hillsboro, Oregon, for stellar customer service! I am a die hard Hyundai driver, and I reached out about a Hyundai they had on their lot. Long story short, Ed worked on the sale, arranged to meet me late in the day, and Nick did the financing. They broke the mold with these two wonderful gentlemen! Their professionalism and kindness, especially late in the day, was so appreciated; being able to drive home in a car that I truly love - priceless. I was dreading this process, but they made up for all the others who did me wrong over the years. A five-star rating is not enough; I give Ed and Nick a perfect "10" for outstanding customer service.
