I went for a tint install on the windows of a brand new 2025 vehicle, when i received my car back, there were several scratches on the car. There seems to be no quality assurance or checks to verify the ca 2025 vehicle, when i received my car back, there were several scratches on the car. There seems to be no quality assurance or checks to verify the car was being returned the same way as it arrived. In addition, there was dirt and what appeared to be either bird xxxxxxxxx or sap from trees , don't know which, the car was dirty with dust and not dried properly. a rag and a check would have prevented this from happening. When this was brought to the attention of the service manager it was all taken care of but there should be some preventive measures in place for it to not happen again. Look forward to getting my car serviced at Lexus of North Miami for redemption. More
