You can definitely tell they are passionate about what they do, but their business acumen and customer advocacy demonstrate that they are a force to be reckoned with. We had placed an order for a new Yukon and Woody guided us through the process and everything aligned with the expectations they established with us. Our Sales Consultant, Ed Jones presented the Yukon to us and spent time helping with its set up and familiarizing us with its features. Unfortunately, we did experience an issue with GMC (not Woody) and we were very skeptical about the likelihood for proper/acceptable resolution… we seriously had our doubts. Woody (Ed and Chris Woodring/Sales Manager) supported us and championed our cause. Woody came up with a proper solution, provided a viable workaround, and communicated with us throughout the process. In this day of not being able to trust someone’s word and intentions, Woody is a shining example of honest business practices as well as demonstrating respect for and valuing their customers. More
