We had placed an order for a new Yukon and Woody guided us through the process and everything aligned with the expectations they established with us. Our Sales Consultant, Ed Jones presented the Yukon to us and spent time helping with its set up and familiarizing us with its features. Unfortunately, we did experience an issue with GMC (not Woody) and we were very skeptical about the likelihood for proper/acceptable resolution… we seriously had our doubts. Woody (Ed and Chris Woodring/Sales Manager) supported us and championed our cause. Woody came up with a proper solution, provided a viable workaround, and communicated with us throughout the process.
