Front LED light (aesthetic value only--not safety required) was out (quite obvious by just looking at it) on our 2021 VW Atlas--shortly after warranty period. Service charged us $200+ to "diagnose" the "obvious" (light not working!). Then said that entire front headlamp component had to be replaced even though rest of headlight lamps in the component were working. Cost =$3000. Brilliant German engineering where a small decorative LED failed but entire headlamp component had to be replaced plus a charge of $200 to diagnose the obvious. Would not recommend this dealer (plus it took ridiculous amount of time for the "diagnosis." We can live with the LED not working since it is only decorative. Plus, we never received a response from the dealership to our complaint letter More

We enjoyed the experience at Clay Cooley. Kyle and Eddie were great and were able to get the payments on both vehicles to the level we wanted.
