Easiest car purchase of my life I contacted Rafael Robles. I described the car I wanted. He said he had one in stock, so we scheduled an appointment for my wife and me to drive it. I contacted Rafael Robles. I described the car I wanted. He said he had one in stock, so we scheduled an appointment for my wife and me to drive it. We loved it, so I asked him to send me a price for the car. He did, I scheduled an appointment to buy it. The price was fair (I shopped Weston against two other dealers). when I got to the dealership the car was ready, the paperwork was largely done, and I was in and out of the finance office and Rafael walked me through the controls for the car in less than an hour and a half,. It was AMAZING. no stress, no hassle, just business. Very refreshing. I hope not to do this again for a few years, but if Rafael is still around I'm looking for him. He was great. And the support staff (managers, finance etc) were terrific. More

HORRIBLE SALES MANAGER If I could give zero stars I would. Gene the manager was so disrespectful. I am a woman that stands at 5’2. This man towered over me and attempted to hold and remove me from the location for literally no reason. I was with my toddler, I was so embarrassed and scared. I came in after a previous visit and was told my information wasn’t in the system. The girl helping me out reached out to Gene, the manager, came back and told me nothing could be done and that he was too busy at the moment to look into it. It was impossible for me to come in the following day, so I approached his cubicle, and said I understood he was busy and if there was someone else that could help me. I'm not sure if this man was having a bad day, or if I walked in at the wrong time, but this man took it out on me and it was a really frightening transformation. He immediately told me to come back tomorrow or leave. I stared in disbelief and approached the general manager who they said was sitting in a next door cubicle. ZERO REACTION ON HIS BEHALF AS GENE FOLLOWED ME SCREAMING, CAUSING A SCENE, DEMANDING THAT I LEAVE. The GM's response when I finally got to him? "What did you to cause this situation?" I am still baffled. Horrible service, STAY AWAY. More
