Turned "just looking" into a sale I was just starting my car buying journey and was not sure what car manufacturer I was going to go with. I had walked a few other dealer lots and by far Quality is the friendliest! I did have several team members to come out and check on me while I was walking by new and used cars, but the Steve Canada was so friendly and laid back about it that it made me really want to work with him. Knowledgeable with all of the differences between makes and models in the line up. Very patient to my many, many questions since I had never considered Subaru, and kept me in the loop the whole time they were searching for a car for me. Overall he made an experience I was dreading almost painless! Would definitely work with him and Quality again. More
