I was given a good opportunity to view vehicles of interest. The experience was pleasant with no real concerns up to closing the deal. After all forms were signed, the last detail was to provide the k interest. The experience was pleasant with no real concerns up to closing the deal. After all forms were signed, the last detail was to provide the key(s) to my vehicle. It was then that I was informed only one key would be available. At this point, what could I have done? I have purchased more than a dozen vehicles previously and always received at least two keys. As a result, I need to spend around $300 to get a key for my wife. My biggest annoyance is not just the money but the lack of communication earlier so that I could be prepared. Unfortunately, it is disappointing and makes me wonder what else was overlooked. More
