Overall, we had a pretty good experience. Although one of the main things we needed was a vehicle with an existing warranty. We were assured by the salesman that the car we were looking at di Although one of the main things we needed was a vehicle with an existing warranty. We were assured by the salesman that the car we were looking at did still have some of the powertrain warranty intact, which is partially why we chose that vehicle. When we were signing paperwork with the finance dept after that, it was then disclosed to us that the powertrain warranty did not apply to the vehicle we chose so we had to purchase an additional warranty. Thankfully, it was not too much extra per month, but it was still disappointing that the salesman had incorrect information. At that point it was super late in the day and our hearts were set on that vehicle, so we went through with the sale, even though we were a little disappointed in the warranty issue. Overall, everybody we encountered was very kind and helpful. We didn’t feel rushed. Another thing that we really appreciated was there is a lady there that helps you shop around for the best deal on car insurance so we were able to lower our car insurance bill as well as get a car, so that definitely helped offset the extra payment. They lied to get you to sign a contract. They piled up warranty’s that I did not agreed on. Then the finance guy quickly turn the pages on a computer and just showed you where to sign to hid They piled up warranty’s that I did not agreed on. Then the finance guy quickly turn the pages on a computer and just showed you where to sign to hide everything they added on didn’t go over any of the warranties with me that they added on and falsely made misrepresentation on my financing. I will never purchase a car from that dealership again. More

Seemed like a very reliable agency,till I got my car home. After 200 miles the timing change started to rattle and caused mileage to drop.spoke to ur dealer ship about a remedy to have the problem repai home. Said I’m out of luck,due to the fact I bought as is,I think very small ,not to offer me some help. That part of the dealer has to show more heart. I’m 82 years old on a fixed income. I’ll have to have different opinions if there is no help for me.other wise the sales person was very understanding,everything is out of his hands. Thank you for ur time. Jim condon. More
