Earl Mosby totally made my experience a great one! He and Jordan Mosby ensured my company's vehicle was serviced quickly and efficiently. As a matter of fact, they worked to position the vehicle's service in a way to move it quickly since I missed the shuttle bus back to my office. Bottom line: They genuinely cared about MY time! Without asking or prompting, they just acted with such care. Koons Ford has some great people making them look good. These types of experiences keep me loyal to Koons. Great team! More

Koons Ford has an excellent atmosphere and wonderful staff. The Lounge is comfortable with free coffee and water. My service advisor was prompt with communicating to me about the status of my car. Truck needed a part that was discovered during service at last visit. Part was ordered and I got a text saying the part was in and to schedule an appt for it to be installed. I called the service advisor a last visit. Part was ordered and I got a text saying the part was in and to schedule an appt for it to be installed. I called the service advisor and asked him to verify that the Gear Shift Module for my truck was definitely in and ready for installation. He checked and told me yes, definitely the GSM was in. The day before my appt I got a call from the Service Advisor that he just learned that the wrong part had been shipped. Huh? That's exactly why I called and confirmed with the SA that the appropriate part was in before I scheduled the appointment. How unfortunate. Very bad customer service as I work out of the local area and had taken leave for this appointment to take care of this issue. Very disappointed. More

The quality of the work is fine but this place just never calls you back nor do they pick up their phone. The condition that my car came back (after a $7200 engine replacement) was unacceptable-it is co calls you back nor do they pick up their phone. The condition that my car came back (after a $7200 engine replacement) was unacceptable-it is covered with tree sap and the Service Manager still is not calling me back to rectify the situation (I.e., take the sap off). I have left 4-5 messages, the last one begging him to call me. NO RESPONSE!! I have had it with Koons Ford of Annapolis. More
