I scheduled the recall a month in advanced let my vehicle for a week while on vacation. Called to pick up and found out the recall wasn't even completed. Disappointed that I received no phone call and now I' for a week while on vacation. Called to pick up and found out the recall wasn't even completed. Disappointed that I received no phone call and now I'm inconvenienced with having to come back and not being able to charge at 100%. I also had to request my truck be put on charge for me to pickup the day after I was scheduled to get it. Now I have not been given a date for the recall to be completed More

Very pleased from start to finish. Dylan in service was amazing. He answered my questions before I even brought my car in. They were able to get my car in within a week. The first day it was there my car was diagnosed with the problem that I brought it in for , and the parts were ordered that day , also the next day they had the Warranty inspector out approving the repair. And then it was worked on the next day and finished within a timely fashion, which I was thrilled. My car is running awesome. So pleased with this dealership. I highly recommend KEN GANLEY FORD in Parma, Ohio. More
