Dylan, the tech expert, was cool, efficient, and clear. He knew I was switching from one Lexus to another and tailored his tutorial just right. He explained everything in a way that was smooth and easy to follow. And last but not least, Tara. As my service advisor, she was the one who flagged that my tires weren’t in great shape. She jokingly suggested I trade the vehicle in if I didn’t want to spend the money on service. That comment stuck with me, and after some thought, the seed she planted ended up leading to this new chapter. Tara was amazing. Very positive experience with my sales person Michael Klein. He handled everything online with me and had the paperwork ready at the dealership upon my arrival. A great asset to the dealership. I give the dealership overall 4 out of 5 stars. I was purchasing a used Lexus and upon my driving it and review of the overall condition there was items that should have been addressed before I saw the car. It wasnt as clean as it should have been inside, glitches in the software, sunroof issue with a part broken and other minor problems that should have been seen. There was a funky odor in the car too. The dealership made good and took the car in for repairs and gave me some new rubber floor mats. Gave me a loaner and the service area is top notch. Thank you Michael Klein and Tina for a pleasant ecxperience. More
