It has good sales people, a knowledgeable finance team and honest service technicians and service managers. I have kept up the maintenance schedule on both my previous Rogue and my current Pathfinder. I h and honest service technicians and service managers. I only wish Nissan could come out with a relatively less expensive sports car. I have always wanted a Z-car but could never afford it. I remember the original 240-Z. Wow! Hahaha! More

I had an appointment scheduled for 1:15 PM, but no one assisted me until around 1:30 PM. When I inquired about my wait, they informed me that I would need to wait about an hour. After waiting an hour, I c assisted me until around 1:30 PM. When I inquired about my wait, they informed me that I would need to wait about an hour. After waiting an hour, I checked again and was told it would just be a few more minutes. I returned at 3:00 PM and explained that I had another appointment to attend. At that point, they informed me it would take another 45 minutes. They offered to get me a Lyft ride, but it wouldn't be available for another 20 minutes. When the Lyft finally dropped me off at my parents' house, I received a call saying that my car was ready. I felt like I wasted an entire day. If it was going to take longer than an hour, they should have communicated that to me from the beginning so I wouldn’t have to wait there all day. Overall, I was very unhappy with the experience. More

I didn’t like how the bill said I paid for rotar resurfacing when I was told in the beginning and the service I requested was to have my rotars replaced.
