I had been searching for the new Hyundai Sonata and found exactly what I wanted at Ricart Hyundai. None of the other Columbus area dealerships had the inventory or professionalism I was looking for. She was friendly, knowledgable and professional and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. She took me on test drives, showed me other cars I might like and answered all of my questions. I was also introduced to Shea Sohovich (Sales Director for Ricart Imports), who finalized the transaction. Like the rest of the staff, he was curtious and knowledgable about the product and went over every detail to my satisfaction. Dwen and Shea were involved through the entire process (negotiating through delivery) making sure everything was to my liking, even setting up my bluetooth and radio stations. I had a great experience at Ricart and will definitely return for my next car! Worth the drive. More
