Corwin is the worst dealership ever and do not care about their customers. We bought a new car and sold it back within 6 months. Rick is an untrustworthy finance department employee who only looks out for hi their customers. We bought a new car and sold it back within 6 months. Rick is an untrustworthy finance department employee who only looks out for his own interests and does not care about helping customers receive the best value for their money. Sales Manager Robert treats customers very poorly with intentions of upselling the customer. Jennifer lied on the phone and in person when taking care of me. Master Tech Jeff was incompetent and did not know how to diagnose my vehicle and returned it in unsafe condition. Corwin's technicians lied about changing parts, and damaged the vehicle during repairs. After returning for the same problem 4 times, we were confident that Corwin's technicians did not have the level of expertise to maintain the car. The car was at the service department for 5 weeks out of the 6 months we owned it, and nothing was ever fixed. I asked for an appraisal, when the car was in the service department for 2 weeks, and it was not done. We always experienced huge hassles getting things done at Corwin and there were problems each and every time. Because of Corwin's horrible employee culture, lack of internal communication, multiple mistakes, and empty promises, we sold our brand new 2025 Honda 6 months after buying. If you buy a Honda, look elsewhere. Poor Management, poor service, and poor technicians. So happy to not ever have to deal with them again. More

I purchased a 2022 used vehicle from Corwin Honda and did not purchase the expensive extended warranty. Three days later my check engine light came on so I called Corwin Honda for help. I was told since I d not purchase the expensive extended warranty. Three days later my check engine light came on so I called Corwin Honda for help. I was told since I didn’t buy their warranty, there was nothing they could do.. they would not even look at it. I was obviously distraught, it felt dismissive and unprofessional. To be fair I did get a call a day later asking me to bring it in and apologizing for the incorrect information and that’s not how they do business. However at that point I was already upset with the way I was spoken to.I ended up taking the car to another dealership and they fixed it immediately free of charge because it was covered under the original powertrain warranty. More

Bradley was a God send to two senior citizens. He was patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable with the whole process. Never had a question go unanswered. On time with our inspection meet up with our mechanic. Also the finance process was slow but expertly handled. Again all questions addressed. Duwyon however has not followed through with his part of our bargain to add a second key fob, and not even communicated as to why. My calls and voice messages go unanswered. I just pray the man is not fallen ill. I actually delayed my response hoping Duwyon would step up and allow me to give him at least a 3 star review. Love our car so far, every day I find something new that it does for us. We feel indeed our God directed us to Corwin. Thank you More
