I was totally amazed at working with Dustin at Toyota of Corona how I got a car with a good amount payment wise also and didn’t stay there for a very long time maybe two 2 1/2 hours. Recently bought a Toyota Corolla hybrid from Corona dealership because of their competitive prices and the option for delivery, but the whole experience buying online was a nightmare. What seemed to be dealership because of their competitive prices and the option for delivery, but the whole experience buying online was a nightmare. What seemed to be an easy and smooth process ended up very confusing and frustrating ordeal. Confirmation of payment can take very long when buying with credit card, therefore delaying when they can transport the car. By the time they delivered the car, it took the whole process a month, I seriously thought I was scammed out of $26k. The rep I spoke to was nice and tried his best but I just wished he was more proactive on updating me throughout the whole process. Waiting a month for a car that didn’t seem to be coming and with no updates along the way made me highly anxious, I had to call several times myself to check in about when my car would be delivered. Talking to the manager was no help as well, if anything he was dismissive when I spoke to him. Its been 2 months since I had officially bought the car, and one month since I received the car and I have yet to receive my license plates and title. I had to call the rep and ask for an update only to realize they had down the wrong address and would have to wait longer for them to fix the issues with DMV. The whole ordeal with buying a car online from Corona Toyota has been a nightmare, not sure if I would ever try to buy from them again. More
