My vehicle sustained body damage by the dealership during an oil change and tire rotation. After 2.5 hours of waiting I was finally notified of the damage. The dealership kept my vehicle to complete repairs an oil change and tire rotation. After 2.5 hours of waiting I was finally notified of the damage. The dealership kept my vehicle to complete repairs and instead of completing the repairs themselves sent my vehicle to MAACO. The repair and paint were done horribly and after coming to pick up my vehicle the dealer said they would keep it and do repairs on the initial repair. I returned to get my car a second time and my vehicle’s plastic molded mud flap that been damaged was still scratched and falling off and another portion was still not replaced. After I once again pointed out the damaged pieces the dealership then kept my vehicle again to order parts and replace the damaged pieces. Finally after over a month of dealing with the damage the dealership caused to my vehicle and attempting to contact various managers throughout Boucher my vehicle was repaired. EXTREMELY disappointed !!! More

The entire time my service technician was working on my car. He was in conversation with other mechanics and other people passing by. The oil change and tire rotation literally took about a half hour longe car. He was in conversation with other mechanics and other people passing by. The oil change and tire rotation literally took about a half hour longer because of how many times my mechanic would stop and just engage in conversation with the mechanic next to them. You literally have a window where you can view the mechanics and they still feel that that it’s OK to chat with other people while your car is being worked on. After getting back in my car, the radio station was changed from a.m. to FM rock channel. My seat position was changed, and my main display on my dashboard was changed. Why would you change somebody’s radio station. Why is that so important for 10 minute Test drive, especially if you are taking it for a test drive and trying to listen to the vehicle. The first oil change you did a year ago, I went home with the vehicle and found an oil puddle underneath my truck on a brand new concrete garage floor. Now I am seeing leak spots on my garage floor. I can no longer take my car to your dealership as I don’t think you are truly focused and providing the best experience. This is a 2024 Nissan should not have any leaks other than air-conditioning water vapor. At this point, I don’t feel comfortable taking it back there for you to even investigate what’s leaking. More

Was in for an AC issues. Boucher service team quickly diagnosed the issue. Found a leak. Ordered new condenser and was fixed and cooler than ever.
