I wish I could say I had a good experience but in the short amount of time I did communicate with this dealership it wasn't good. I was in the process of purchasing a Rav4 at another dealership and I wanted to see if I could get a better deal at this location. I emailed Duane and once my credit was run he no longer communicated with me. Then I spoke with Sid and he was very condescending and not very helpful. I had two totally different experiences at the Toyota of Plano Vs Pat Lobb Toyota. Needless to say I went with Toyota of Plano. Great customer service goes a long way with me and how someone treats me initially either makes or breaks a deal. Unfortunately my experience here was a deal breaker. I really hope they take the time to work on providing a pleasant experience to everyone in the future and not just those they think they can make a quick sale from. More
