I just leased a VW Tiguan from Eric T. today and couldn't have been happier with my experience. He is really friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me a great deal. I usually dread when my leas today and couldn't have been happier with my experience. He is really friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me a great deal. I usually dread when my lease ends and having to deal with finding a new car, spending what feels like days at the dealership etc. but VW Wellesley made the entire process quick and easy. I went in on Tuesday and Eric T. helped me pick out a car and test drive it, and the finance manager, Eli, helped me with all of the paperwork in less than a couple of hours (which is record time from my experiences at other dealerships). I just picked up the car today, 2 days later, and the less than an hour long process was seamless! Meghan, the internet sales manager, was also a pleasure to work with. I've always gone to VW Wellesley for service, and Drew and Mike are both awesome to work with too. I highly recommend them all! More

The service was very efficient, and the staff was very friendly. Drew and Alisha are the best! I took in my car for the regular oil change but it turned out that the car needed to have something fixed. Drew was extremely helpful and explained everything that needed to be done on the car. They had the car ready on the day that they had promised to have it ready, which was much appreciated. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and professional and I will be taking my car there for service as long as I will own it. More

They are friendly and professional. For some reason, they did not call me until much later in the afternoon (I dropped my car off the evening before). I was told the service should be done by 3pm and that someone would call if it would be later. I did not receive a call until after 5pm because they were washing the car at that moment. We made it to the dealership (20 minutes away) but did not talk with anyone. The car was not cleaned or vacuumed and there were black oily smudges inside and outside. None of these are a big deal but since you asked my opinion about the service, I will say that the people are nice, but I would be lying if I said that I had a wonderful experience when I picked up my car. More
