Had several issues during purchase as well as issues with installed parts. Purchased from out of state and was the worst experience. Felt like I was just a number. Salesman disappeared soon after I arrive installed parts. Purchased from out of state and was the worst experience. Felt like I was just a number. Salesman disappeared soon after I arrived. Special rims I ordered and waited 2 weeks for were the wrong rims. Lighting that the customs shop installed wasn’t working when I left the dealer. Plus the wiring on driver side for lighting was dragging on the pavement. Since I was out of state had to get that fixed. The finance person was the most helpful. Bottom line I drove 5 hrs to purchase my vehicle and it was a disaster. I almost said screw it and left the car however I also had to pay out of pocket for a rental car to get there of which initially salesman said he would cover. Will not be back or recommend this dealer mainly because I emailed the general mngr and never got a response. Bad customer service. More
