Going beyond the sale So much to cover but it’s all comes down to the personal service Chris Fash provided us. He was not just trying to sell us a car, he made every effor So much to cover but it’s all comes down to the personal service Chris Fash provided us. He was not just trying to sell us a car, he made every effort to get into the car we wanted at the price point we wanted to be at. Selling the vehicle was not this dealers goal, service to their customer was their number 1 goal. If you’re looking for a BMW go take a look at these guys. Still unresolved Nicholas S was extremely attentive in th beginning. We did a lot of business over the phone. When I finally left with my lease I arrived home and noti Nicholas S was extremely attentive in th beginning. We did a lot of business over the phone. When I finally left with my lease I arrived home and noticed there was not keyless entry which I was told it had. I was also promised Sirius for a year which I still don’t have and the back wiper came off the very first time through the car wash. The drivers side mat keeps coming loose and impedes my driving in many occasions. I relayed the issue of the keyless entry which Nic promised to get me in it the cat I wanted.. That promise was never realized and was told through a late night text that it couldn’t be done as per Dori Dado. I’ve tried numerous calls and emails to no avail. This issue is not resolved and I’m very disappointed in the was it’s been handled. This is my 4th BMW and I’m extremely upset and would like to know just who can help me. More

Extremely Unprofessional Leadership(General Sales Manager) Left numerous emails, voice messages and messages with the front desk but this unprofessional person did not even bother to return any of my calls or Left numerous emails, voice messages and messages with the front desk but this unprofessional person did not even bother to return any of my calls or emails. I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership, my sales adviser was very helpful and professional at the time of the sales transaction but the dealership was not able to deliver on their promise of getting all of my paperwork completed within 30 days. So I decided to reach out to the GM thinking he may be able to step in and get the issue resolved but he is the most unprofessional person at the dealership. More

So appreciative and will be a customer for life You guys will never believe this story. I got a beautiful SUV this weekend for me and opal. Not only did John Bell the person we use to get our cars You guys will never believe this story. I got a beautiful SUV this weekend for me and opal. Not only did John Bell the person we use to get our cars from gave me a great deal on a beautiful SUV he and the manager Dory are so incredibly nice. I took the SUV home and wanted to take opal to the reservoir. She had trouble getting in the SUV and slipped and then she was scared to come out. I finally got her out and then she would not get back in the SUV. We have a ramp for her and she would not use it. I called the dealership up crying because Opal actually wound up spraining her foot they told me to come back and they're putting me in a different car can you believe that. How nice is that they didn't want Opal to get hurt or be scared to go in the SUV. We have been going to them for years but this was beyond accommodating and nice. No other dealership would ever do this. There are no words to express how i feel. I am so appreciative and grateful and a lifetime customer for sure. More
