He wasn't pushy A good friend recommended me to go to BMW of Freehold. I initially met with Billy Lauer a month before I was ready to get a new car. He wasn't pushy and took the time to explain the different options and asking me what I was looking for. He didn't try to change my mind to get into a car that day. He didn't try to push me into options I didn't want or need. He searched to locate and give me an idea of pricing. For a couple of weeks I did go to one other dealership to see more of the colors and the client advisor didn't listen to a word I told him what I was looking for and tried to upsell me a car I wasn't interested in. The following month when it was time, I scheduled to meet with Billy and working with him and Dori Dado made the decision so easy. It was a busy Saturday and took a while to get to the final steps in Finance but once I got to meet Russ, he made it simple and quick to complete the paper work. That day I drove off with the exact car I was looking for. It's only been around 1.5 weeks in my new car and loving it so far. Originally being from Freehold.. I am glad to work with them. Thanks Billy and Dori! I will definitely recommend others I now looking into BMW to visit you guys in Freehold! More

Dori, Rus, Maria and Orville are all g have bought many cars from over the years. Always a pleasant and quick experience with everyone I deal with. Because of the nature of my work, it is much easier for me to negotiate via email and text rather than sit at the dealership for hours trying to negotiate a deal.
