From walking in the door and visiting with Donny, to the test drive, then making the deal, then sitting with Cole on accessories, then to Michael in finance and finally to Donny Jr(111). Newest vehicle I ever bought, but the process was easy and exciting!!!! They filled my fuel tank and washed the truck. So proud to be seen in it!!!!! Then day after I took my vehicle home, had to call back for some questions and response time was amazing!! You just don't see that much with these larger dealerships. Love my truck and absolutely enjoyed my interaction with the people at Jeff Belzer's!! More

New Purchased Experience I would like to start by saying that my recent original experience would not be a positive rating, granted this was Monday Jan 1st. The place was craz I would like to start by saying that my recent original experience would not be a positive rating, granted this was Monday Jan 1st. The place was crazy. Prior to I submitted an online questionnaire then drove through the parking lot, got out of my truck several time to look at trucks. Not one person came out to help me. I proceeded inside, went to all three locations and again no one came up to me. I was starting to think I stunk, but that couldn't have been the case as there wasn't anyone within 50 ft of me. Needless to say I left with a sour taste in my mouth. Shayne Goodson (Internet Salesman) called me the next morning, Jan 2nd. Saw it was Belzers and didn't answer. Later that day I received another call from Shayne, which I answered. Shayne explained the situation and offers they had going on as it was year end. I made my way down in 4:30 pm and we went through a list of trucks that met my specific criteria. In fact he already had one truck started and warming up (It was -18 with the windchill.) The truck was everything I was hoping for and more. Shayne asked the right questions and made me thankful I gave Belzers a second chance. The financial process was your typical process. Here is the value, here is the monthly payment, you'll need XXX money down, etc... We (Finance team) went back and forth for 15-20 minutes and came to a price and payment that was acceptable to me but only after I had signed a PA for my trade in and a PA for the new lease. Now I mentioned my down payment. We had originally & verbally agreed that I would make the first months payment on Friday, Jan 6th but right before the deal was completed Shayne came back with the dreaded "Well we only have one problem." "In order to make this deal happen tonight we are going to need that first month payment BUT, if you choose to wait until Friday Jan 6th and because you signed over the PA for your trade in and the PA for the new lease you can't drive either truck home." I didn't feel like setting up shop for the next 4 day and begrudgingly provided my CC for the payment. The 4 star rating is my overall experience starting from day 1. My Salesman rating for both Shayne (Internet Salesman) and Donny Abboud iii (Delivery Coordinator) is a 5 star! Shayne is the only reason I went back to Belzers. More

We did not know that there were no floor mats included in the purchase. The detailing guy just asked if we wanted to buy weather tech mats but I thought that was if we wanted custom-made ones. I was eligible for a college graduate rebate but that never transpired as they wanted a transcript on the spot. Who brings that with them? We dealt with a knowledgeable accessories person, Dylan, who helped us with a few options we added and knew the benefits of each of the options. Our business manager, Andy, did a great job of streamlining the financing. And, our service coordinator, Donny, was awesome! He showed us everything we wanted to know about our new truck and was even willing to set up the bluetooth connection for our phones. Everyone was thorough, and patient, and on top of their game.
