Top notch Dealership I purchased a New 2017 Dodge Ram on 12/8/2017. My brother purchased a New 2018 Chevy Traverse the week before and was very pleased with the whole expe I purchased a New 2017 Dodge Ram on 12/8/2017. My brother purchased a New 2018 Chevy Traverse the week before and was very pleased with the whole experience. I contacted 4 other dealerships after searching on the internet and also contacting them and they couldn't come within $3,000 of the price that Belzer's had as the unconditional price. We drove 170 miles to check out there inventory and see if there was a vehicle that I was willing to purchase. Every person that we were in contact with was very pleasant. The salesman Zach that we dealt with went above and beyond what we were expecting. Everyone made the whole experience very enjoyable. There inventory is huge and many options to chose from. I will pass the experience on to family and friends and highly recommend Jeff Belzer's. We also pleasantly surprised when they detailed the new vehicle and filled it full of gas before we left and also Donny went through all the options that the vehicle had and helped us get comfortable with the options, Thanks. They had a different person to handle each part of the transaction which was good to me because each individual had great knowledge in their part of the transaction which made it very smooth and quite relaxing for me because any questions were easily answered. My first purchase at Jeff Belzer's Lakeville The entire car buying experience was fantastic. This was my first visit to Jeff Belzer's Lakeville location. The facility itself was very clean The entire car buying experience was fantastic. This was my first visit to Jeff Belzer's Lakeville location. The facility itself was very clean and well organized. I meet with Casey Klies (sales) who did a wonderful job listening to what I was looking for and had the exact vehicle that I was looking for. From the point that I decided on the exact SUV i wanted, the entire purchasing process about 60 minutes - which was amazing. I had an entire team working for me and the transition from one team member to the next was great. From sales, I met with Cole Hawkins (accessories manager) who helped me pick out all season floor mats and headrest dvd players. Next I met with Andy Crowder (Finance) who had all the paperwork ready in record time. And finally, I had a training session with Donny Abbound III (Devliery Coordinator) who showed me how everything works on the SUV. During this entire process, another team was prepping the car to get it ready the minute I signed the paperwork. Terrific team work and coordination!! Since this was a surprise for my wife, we stopped in the next day and Donny had another training session to show her all the gadgets in the SUV. From my experiences purchasing cars at other dealers, this was hands down my best experience. I definitely recommend Jeff Belzer's to anyone looking for great service. More

Went for 1 new car, left with 2! Blair did everything he could to make sure we were happy and satisfied as we had to but a car to replace one that was totaled earlier in the week.
