Also I was afraid that I could not get a loan that I could afford. Patrick got back to so quickly. He requested some information from me and got back to me in the afternoon again asking me to come in that I could get a car today. I looked at their website and had an idea that which car I wanted. I got to Schoepp Motors Middleton. Patrick was very helpful and very nice. He went with me for a short test drive. I liked the car very much, the price is so right for me as well. Donna helped me with getting a loan. Both Patrice and Donna were very professional, efficient, and explained all the things very clearly. This was an excellent experience. Great Salesman - Poor customer service in Finance Marty was a great salesman. In fact I did not feel like he was trying to 'sell' me anything. He helped me sort out my likes and dislikes. My other Marty was a great salesman. In fact I did not feel like he was trying to 'sell' me anything. He helped me sort out my likes and dislikes. My other car had been totaled so I needed a new car fast. It was a little overwhelming but he helped my sort it out. Test drove three different models and decided on the Corolla. I am thrilled with my car and the price. When we moved into the room with Donna for the financing she was very efficient- so efficient that she didn't ask who's car it was and all of the paperwork was drawn up in my husband's name. My car and my payments! Worse part was when I called her back the next day she was argumentative and defensive of why she was right. I mentioned that I hate it when I schedule my car for service and they ask my husband's name. She did not get it at all! Thinking it over I should of insisted that all the paperwork be redone before we signed. My first new car in over ten years and one I will probably keep a long time. Despite loosing my old car getting a new car ought to be a joyous occasion. I found her attitude very condescending and downright sexist. More
