While browsing online and inquiring at midnight, Patrick from Schoepp Motors Middleton came back to give answers to our inquiry at 2am when we would have expected a response during business hours. Our overall experience with Patrick and Donna was really awesome. As it is in the middle of winter and we had our 8-month old son with us during the dealership visit, Patrick went out of his way to search for three different cars out in the cold just so he could bring them inside and we could have a better look. That was a huge thing for us since we would not have to deal with a screaming baby out in the cold and was able to focus on the car features that we wanted. He also offered pros and cons from the three cars we were choosing from and was very honest enough to mention information about the cars' histories. Patrick and Donna got us a great deal and financing terms that works within our means. The extended assistance is what makes all the long wait worth it. Thank you for a smooth transaction! More

Car Switching I had to find a new car fast since on top of engine troubles, my car was vandalized leaving the cost to fix it way more than its current value and it I had to find a new car fast since on top of engine troubles, my car was vandalized leaving the cost to fix it way more than its current value and it was completely unable to be driven. With little time, I made a quick decision on a car that turned out to not handle exactly like I wanted to, especially in bad weather. I went back to Aaron a few days later to discuss what could be done, and he ended up finding an awesome car for me that is exactly what I need. Aaron was totally understanding and a really great guy. I'd work with him again in a heartbeat! More

We ended up also working with the owner who got me a great deal and a low interest rate of my 2014 Ford Escape. No complains, and if I ever need another vehicle we will go there again! More

I gave this rating a 4 star because I had called there a few times and talk to him stating that I wanted this suv but that I thought they could go down on the price a little. I wasn't coming back in to the dealership unless they were willing to work with me a little more so I directly asked if there was any more wiggle room with price negotiation. Over the phone he said, yes I will try and see what I can do. Once I returned that night, they couldn't/wouldn't adjusted the price at all because they said it was already too low. They gave me a free warranty for a year instead. The air conditioning went out four months later, but they fixed everything (all was covered under warranty) and changed my oil for free. I feel like they are fair and usually reasonably priced because I searched for months before I bought my SUV. More
