Highlander I originally came in thinking I was going to buy a 2015 Highlander. Unfortunately, when I arrived, somebody else had bought it the day before. Jamil h I originally came in thinking I was going to buy a 2015 Highlander. Unfortunately, when I arrived, somebody else had bought it the day before. Jamil had the day off when it sold so it was a surprise to the both of us because I came as soon as he arrived to work. Jamil did the best he could with finding me another Highlander that was identical and he made up for the mishap. He worked on the price even though the other Highlander was a 2016 instead of a 2015 and overall I am much happier with this one than the one I originally intended on purchasing. Donna was able to change the loan for the new vehicle in a very short period of time. I came at 9 in the morning and was out by 10 with the new one. Thank you Jamil and Donna. More
