We bought an used 2018 Ford Explorer Platinum from Shane Sorenson on August 31,2021. We first contacted Shane by phone on August 30th, confirmed availability and told Shane that we needed financing. Shane set up a reasonable loan rate for us with Old National Bank. My wife and I drove down from Minneapolis on the 31st and were greeted by Shane as we walked across the parking lot to Schoepp Motors. The car was everything we had hoped for and Shane went with us as we test drove the car. We confirmed our decision to buy the Explorer and the staff efficiently handled the necessary title and financing paperwork. We were on our way in 2 hours with a full tank of gas, courtesy of Shane. The Explorer was a dream to drive back to Minneapolis. Four weeks later, we had not received "Confirmation of Ownership" papers from the State of Wisconsin necessary to register the car in Minnesota and the accounting and title folks at Schoepp were very helpful in resolving this. Apparently Wisconsin, like many states, are running behind on vehicle registrations. More
