Donovan at Paramount Kia was excellent. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to us as to what our needs were, and what we wanted, he brought out several vehicles to show us s He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to us as to what our needs were, and what we wanted, he brought out several vehicles to show us so we could choose. We chose a 2025 Kia telluride with the right equipment. Ryan, in finance was very professional and helpful also. Because we finished our transaction late in the day, and most of the employees were gone. The car wasn’t able to be prepped that night, so Donovan personally delivered it the next morning and he went through all of the features of a new vehicle. Donovan’s professionalism is the reason why we chose to buy this vehicle. More
