SALES VISIT – USED Misled Into Buying an Unsafe Vehicle – Very Disappointed with Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills I had a terrible experience with Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills. I bought a used – Very Disappointed with Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills I had a terrible experience with Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills. I bought a used vehicle with damage listed on the Carfax. When I asked about it, the salesperson only pointed to a small side dent—never mentioning the front-end damage. After bringing the car home, I noticed issues with the front bumper and had it inspected. A mechanic found structural damage to the front impact bar, making the vehicle unsafe to drive. I contacted the dealership right away. They said they’d “look into it,” but never followed up. After posting a review, they responded publicly asking me to contact them. I did—but even after speaking with them, they continue to avoid correcting the problem. It feels like their concern is more about appearances than actually resolving the issue. While I understand the car was sold “as-is,” this goes beyond that—it's about misrepresenting the condition and refusing to take responsibility. I’m still open to a resolution, but only if it’s sincere. I strongly advise anyone buying from this dealership to get an independent inspection and not rely on verbal claims. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope others are more cautious. More
